A transformative Training of Trainers on Scientific Communication is currently taking place at the State University of Zanzibar – Institute of Tourism, under Work Package 4 of the SCOPPET Project
This training brings together experts from Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College (KCMUCo), Jimma University (Ethiopia), and SUZA, combining regional knowledge and international expertise to build capacity in communicating science effectively.
Participants are gaining hands-on experience in developing a wide range of communication materials — including scientific posters, infographics, videos, and podcasts — to translate research into clear, compelling content for various audiences.
Through this initiative, SCOPPET is shaping a new generation of science communicators who can bridge the gap between research and real-world impact.
