Centre for ICT Services (CICTS) provides information technology (IT) systems and services that support SUZA’s education, research, and administrative programs. While working to modernize these systems, CICTS is also collaborating with faculty, staff, and students on innovative IT services to meet the diverse needs of the SUZA community.

IT Support

The IT Support team provides essential technical assistance to staff and students, addressing issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity. They ensure that all IT-related problems are resolved promptly to maintain smooth operations across the institution.

International Hubs

This area focuses on the maintenance and development of the institution’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases. They manage and deploy applications critical to the organization’s operations, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.

Teaching & Learning Facilities

The team supports the technological needs of educational facilities, including smart classrooms, computer labs, and e-learning platforms. They ensure that these resources are readily available and fully functional, enhancing the teaching and learning experience.

Information Security

The Information Security team is responsible for protecting the institution’s digital assets from cyber threats. They implement security protocols, conduct regular audits, and educate users on best practices to safeguard sensitive information and maintain data integrity.
