Ms. Salma is an Assistant Lecturer in Agribusiness Studies, bringing a rich and interdisciplinary academic background in rural development, finance, and agricultural studies to her teaching role. She holds a Master’s degree in Rural Development and Management Studies from China Agricultural University, a Bachelor’s degree in Development Finance and Investment Planning from the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP) in Dodoma. This diverse combination of qualifications, spanning international and local institutions, equips her with both the theoretical grounding and practical perspective necessary to make a meaningful contribution to agribusiness education, rural economic development, and investment planning in Zanzibar and beyond.
