Dr. Ashura is an accomplished academic and business studies professional whose work spans marketing, entrepreneurship and organizational productivity. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration from the University of Dodoma (UDOM), a Master of Science (MSc) in International Trade from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Zanzibar University. Dr. Ashura’s academic and professional focus centres on marketing strategy and productivity improvement, areas in which she has developed considerable depth of expertise. She teaches both postgraduate and undergraduate courses in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Management, contributing to the development of a new generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs equipped to navigate local and international markets.
