Dr. Chukwuma Okafor is a prominent scholar specializing in Clinical Pathology and Public Health Research. He earned his PhD and MSc in Chemical Pathology and Immunology from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria, complemented by an MPH from Lagos State University and a BSc in Chemical Pathology, all of which are WES-certified for the USA and Canada. A prolific researcher, Dr Okafor has authored over 100 publications in elite medical and scientific journals, garnering more than 800 citations. His professional standing is marked by several prestigious fellowships, including the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria, the Royal Society for Public Health (UK), and the Institute of Biomedical Science (UK). He is also a certified member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology. Currently, he serves as the Head of the Department of Pathology and Biochemistry and the Head of Research and Publications at the School of Health and Medical Sciences, SUZA. His current research supervision includes two PhD candidates, with a focus on Oxidative stress, Diabetes complications, toxicology, oncology, and Medicinal plants
