Dr. Ashura is an academic and business development professional with extensive experience in business administration, international trade, policy and planning, entrepreneurship, and business development support. She has extensive experience in academia, government, policy, planning, and trade, and currently serves as a Head of Entrepreneurship Department under the school of Business, having previously worked as a Lecturer, Director of Policy and Planning, Personal Assistant to the Minister, and Trade Officer. She has also contributed to institutional governance as a Board Member in various institutions. Her combined academic, professional, business development, policy, and leadership experience positions her strongly to contribute to teaching, research, community engagement, entrepreneurship development, and business support initiatives.
