Dr. Said is a Lecturer, Researcher, and International Development Consultant with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, strategic planning, governance, institutional reform, and social protection. He holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship from the University Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia, MA in Development Studies and BA in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Dar-es Salaam.  He currently serves as a Lecturer at the School of Business, State University of Zanzibar (SUZA), where he teaches courses in entrepreneurship, innovation, business research and business communication. His areas of interest include entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems, institutional transformation, public sector reform, social protection systems, gender and inclusive development, research and policy analysis, and youth empowerment through skills and enterprise development.
