I am currently a senior researcher at the state university of Zanzibar (SUZA) in the Department of Tropical research center for oceanography environment and natural resources (TROCEN), with a specialization in food engineering, nutrition and Food safety and processing.
Drawing on a strong academic background and hands-on research experience, I focus on improving fermentation efficiency and enhancing food quality. I have presented research findings at academic conferences and contributed to scientific publications through collaborative research efforts.
