Dr. Khatib is an accomplished academic and financial expert at the State University of Zanzibar (SUZA). He holds a PhD in Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (2021), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, UKM) (2012), and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Administration from the Zanzibar Institute of Financial Administration (2007).
