This department prepares students to perform surgical procedures involving the mouth, jaws, and face. Training covers; Tooth extractions (including complex cases like wisdom teeth removal). Corrective jaw surgery to treat bite misalignment and other structural issues. Management of facial trauma, such as fractures and soft tissue injuries. Treatment of oral pathologies, including cysts, tumors, and cancers. Additionally, students develop skills in diagnosing and medically managing oral diseases that do not require surgical intervention.
