Proven ability in fostering junior and senior laboratory scientists with strategic mindset, bringing robust technical competences, skills and innovation for strategic growth and carrier development. He extensively engaged in academic training, laboratory staff capacity building and Scientific publication in collaboration with various Universities Partners and Stakeholders in a number of projects and community survey and outreach programs.
