Dr. Fatma Hamid Saleh is an accomplished academic and leading researcher in environmental public health, serving as the Work Package 1 Leader for the BSU project at The State University of Zanzibar. Holding a PhD in Public Health, she focuses on the impact of environmental factors on public health, particularly concerning mosquito-borne diseases and their vectors, and develops strategies to address these challenges. Dr. Saleh is dedicated to fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to tackle pressing environmental public health issues, ultimately contributing to healthier communities in Zanzibar and beyond.
